Currently in Italy the energetic requirementses of the buildings are quantifiable medium in 300 kWh/sm/yr. A great slice of this energy comes dispersed in the atmosphere because of the total thermal inefficiency of the same buildings. Enough to make a comparison between the energetic consumptions of houses and offices in Italy, Sweden and Germany in order to become perpetual account of how much waste every day in the Italian buildings and of how much job it is still necessary to make.

In Sweden the standard for the thermal isolation of the buildings does not authorize advanced losses of heat to 60 kWh/sm/yr; in Germany the losses are medium of 200 kWh/sm/yr; in Italy they are caught up stung of 500 kWh/sm/yr!!!

Is therefore easy to understand why the heating represents the greater voice of energetic costs for the Italian families, beyond that the main cause of the pollution of our cities. In economic terms every Italian family spends from 1.200 to 1.600 euros every year in order to only heat itself.

A good thermal isolation and a system of heating planned with the correct attention to the consumptions, concur, in short time, to damp the set-up cost of the investment (thanks to a medium energetic saving of about 40%) and at the same time, contribute to the respect and the safeguard of our delicate ecosystem.

The energetic saving can, therefore, without doubt, to be considered the main source of the most immediate and accessible renewable energy, with times of inferior recovery of the investment to whichever other energetic technology.

To install and to use more efficient systems of conditioning, as a floor heating system and/or a thermal solar system involve an important immediate economic saving and one constant attention to the respect of our planet.
